We developed an SMM strategy and launched Heinemann Duty Free social networks.
Social networks work in two directions:
Business-to-Consumer: we inform about the assortment, prices, offer pre-orders, announce new products and exclusive offers.
Business-to-Business: Duty Free social networks are a platform where brands can advertise their products.
We developed the communication message “The journey begins with Duty Free“, which became the headliner of all brand communication.
We proposed a plan of activities (in-store promotions, celebrities and bloggers, store decorations, a project with staff) to improve the experience of visiting Duty Free and stimulate word-of-mouth marketing.
For the content, we filmed goods in Duty Free stores.
Given the special status of the Airport facility and the location in the international departure area (after all security checks), the project required careful and advance planning, coordination of all actions and participants in advance, and minute-by-minute work during the shooting, in accordance with a tight timeline.
